Not enough rings to reach 999 in the forbidden section. I stopped at the last key.

I went to the last key with 721 rings, then I took the all the light dash rings with infinite fly. I continued to the true end, but without falling on the final platform, then I backtracked and finished this. Thanks to OmegaDJ169 for the video.
