New confirmation of what? I assume you mean a supposed Chrono Trigger remake or something (or FFVII remake) but I see no confirmation of either.

I dont really think it could be anything besides a Chrono Trigger remake

Which is good because Ive been after a decent SNES emu thatll run on my DS for the original, but (hopefully) now this is unnecessary!

It could also be a new title in the "Chrono" franchise.

(which would make me laugh because the nerd rage would be epic. It probably will be a remake, though)
