How do you lower the frames per second when you record with Camtasia Studio 2? I'm trying to make a Leaf Forest Act 2-Sonic vid but its far too jerky and practically unwatchable, any thoughts from anyone?

Don't run extraneous applications. I never got Camtasia to record faster than 15FPS anyway.

If you can hook a Game Boy Player to a TV card to put into your computer, that will record at 30.
