Hi -- I was curious about the records on Sonic 1 SMS/GG, noticed recent additions by maggot.  So how are these verified?  Any way I can find out more about the new trick in Labyrinth 1?  Wasn't sure where to post this, sorry to be such a n00b.

Oh, and are the videos for this game permanently missing now? :(

Generally, we work off the honor system, and while sometimes it fails, about 90%+ of the runs on here are fully legit and if they can't be duplicated, they can usually be explained.

An honour system it may be, but players here for a longer time, and especially those getting top-level stats, are required to prove at least some of them, so the honour isn't free or ubiquitous.  We also have some grade-A BS detection going on, largely because we have people who know the games as well as anyone here.

Also, welcome to TSC, great to see more people into the True Art of 2D gaming :)
