Obligatory "real people play real Sonic games"?

Not that I have a problem with the Adventure series, but come on.

I may consider offline due to scheduling constraints. (It's my Spring Break from class that week, but come on, St. Patrick's Day, I'll probably spend my time not in class, well, drinking. Maybe.)

On the other hand though, it starts on Pi Day. That's when HG/SS comes out... and I eat a lot of pie... and I will be playing a lot of HG...

Mike did you ever post the Michigan pic(s)? >_>;

Also mike clearly = 2*FF.

Also did RPG shave his head or something?

Also time to stop saying "also."

I have a feeling RPG would be laughing regardless of what happened. But hey.

Also did it become CF's dream of a "TSC Piss Up"?

So I'm looking more for availability, if you're free any time I will do it, that would be nice to know, otherwise, I would like to be able to narrow it down a bit. Also Spinny I assume that means that the first week of August is a -bad- time? Though if it's your only vacation time for the summer, it may not be entirely relevant.
For now I have another week of vacation somewhere, but union BS might get in the way of that. If the morons vote to open our contract now instead of in August when it's supposed to, the rumor is that we might lose a week of vacation. So yeah.

And yeah, I'm not going from Provo to Indy in the same week, especially when my intent was to drive to Indy. >_>

I took the first week of August off for vacation, but I did that so I could go to GenCon this year. >_>

Because of that I may or may not have a travel budget. *shrug*

Double post fail. Necro fail. But I think reviving the topic DURING THE TOUR is acceptable.

Post your experiences of meeting the man behind the madness! For instance, today:

1. "When I evolve, I'm going to kill you all."
2. AD, Donna, and I doing Pokemon shenanigans (mixing records, evolving, and random ID trades) while Ben introduces Mike to the "carpocalypse" that happened around here.
3. Me convincing Donna to read my shirt right. (After mike posts the evidence, you'll see what I mean.)
4. ZERO instances of "I CALL BS!" (I was disappointed.)
5. The actual TSC players doing this Indy 500 arcade thing at GameWorks. Proof that mike isn't the speedrunner he's made out to be! (Finishing order: 1st AD, 2nd Donna, 3rd SBW, 4th Mike)

Mike currently has the evidence on his camera. We found a crane game with Sonic plushies to use as our background. (We almost posed in front of a Detroit Lions statue thing!)

No such thing.

Results:

S1: Two early deaths (including a spike glitch in GH2) had the run in question, as Stefan, myself, and Doug threatened to shun mike if he GO'd. Luckily he did not.

S2 (voted Knuckles by donations): THREE deaths in CP2 made the run funny to watch on the commentary side. Mike did get a PR performing the skip in Metropolis 3, however, gaining a 2:06.

S3K (voted Tails by donations): Completely deathless. Pulled off the leap of faith flying under most of FB1 first attempt (which not only could he not do it unless he was Tails, but he also got the bragging rights of saying "unlike all the other tricks which I stole, this one I came up with myself"). IMO should be put on SDA as the single-segment run. SO2 was also done without lights, for what it's worth.

I AM NOT A FURRY YET
Fixed. (So tempted to ninja-edit...)

I predict that Cybrax will return in some degree. (inb4 "will not happen")

(Never mind that everyone is cybrax)

I'm 99.9% sure that's what he was explaining.

No it doesn't count, this topic only applies to people who live pretty far away from you and you don't usually see them. Like, ever. >_>
More like it doesn't count if you knew them before TSC.

Rayku: Since when did you come back to this site?

SonicAD, donnashowl, and I met up for like an hour once. Only they didn't wait for me at Kerby's so I didn't get coney koney.

tl;dr

My suggestion is this rule, for S3K at the very least: "Using an exploit in the game's programming to slow down the game invalidates your time." Kinda sloppy, but there needs to be a rule against this.

I just noticed that Partial videos ignore the "rank" column on the video page's display table. Should be an easy fix. (Reference: See http://www.soniccenter.org/videos/sonic_adventure_2_b, blazest's GF3)

Coolest video game to play the main character's role in?
I'd like to be Tidus in FFX probably. Blitzball seems like it would be fun, and Spira is a pretty awesome place, minus Sin and all >_>

Reality / TSC
What's the coolest screen name you've seen on the Internet that isn't yours? One of my friends has AIM alts such as The Finch King, HydraliskRocks, and RaptorHades.

Who do you talk to / hang with most on TSC? I've actually hung out with AD and donna, though most of the time I talk to whoever's there. Sometimes I talk to RPG and/or mike on MSN but that hasn't been as often recently.

TSC Furries: Poisoning the site, bringing smiles and happiness to the site, or just more users? The first one.

Given one day as admin, what do you change around here? People wouldn't get so many second chances, third chances, fourth chances...

What do you think about these TSC fads:
* iSketch
Alright when I'm really bored.

* Mafia I think I'm mostly out of this?

* SRB2 Not my favorite fangame to be honest.

* Toulouse We must do this more.

What's your theory on DsS's skills? Genetic mutation, virus, disease, gift from God, result of the Vorlon touch, or something else? Is it (hopefully) communicable? Lightning.

Does Sonic Team has one foot in the grave, both feet in the grave, or is it rising from the grave as an undead? Or *gulp* is it wising fwom its gwave as some sort of Altered Beast? *shot* It has no feet in the grave. However, the feet are the only things above ground.

Hypotheticals
Cooler power-up to own: Super Leaf or Fire Flower? Fire Flower

Coolest "psychic" ability to wield at an unrealistic level: psychokinesis (telekinesis), pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, telepathy, empathy, etc.? Pyrokinesis. Because who doesn't want to make the appearance of spontaneous combustion?

Cooler height to be for a day: 1cm (0.4") or 50m (164'), Square-Cube Law be damned? 50m

Coolest non-legendary Pokémon to be? Scyther.

Coolest Halloween monster to be? (Use traditional definitions, not Twilight definitions) BRAINS... I mean zombies...

Coolest video game to play the main character's role in? Pokemon? *SHOT*

Coolest TSCer to trade lives with for a day? Mike.

---

Random Hypothetical Question:
How many more hours in the day do you need to accomplish everything you want to get accomplished in an average day?
