Edge magazine did a feature on it this month.
Supposedly they've introduced some new technique (they call it "Saving", I couldn't really get from their description of it exactly what it involved) that allows you to approach an opponent on the ground, where the necessity in the past has always been to jump if you want to go on the offensive. They may take "saving" out if they find it unbalances things. There's also talk of making it about "reading" your opponent's movements, more like real fighting than being just about massive combos as things have supposedly tended to in the past. It seems there is genuine intent to make changes to the basic formula. We'll have to wait and see if they actually follow through with it though.
I don't know how much stuff has been revealed in this that hasn't elsewhere (I don't pay attention to online gaming sites). If anybody wants me to scan the whole article/interview I can.
