The Submissions button on the left is where you submit stats to TSC. Make sure you read the rules for the game you're playing before you submit. The process is quite straightforward.

There's a huge nav bar on the left. Pretty much anything anyone could ever want to do here is in that menu. Look under the submissions bar, and there's videos. Note that your videos may not display automatically when you submit. That's because they go under review before approval.

This is what I get

"You aren't authorized to upload videos. Contact SonicAD (SonicAD@gmail.com) or SadisticMystic (questiondesk@gmail.com) to be authorized. (mostly we just don't want random folks uploading porn)"

There is no button to submit a video. I contacted them but got no reply

As a secondary point, there is a much faster video of the level you want to submit for already on the site anyway.
