Hey guys, how's it going? It's been forever since I was on here... I forgot my password for the longest time then remembered how painfully simple it was. What's going on? BTW check out how much I've progressed in Freerunning!

lol. Though I have never seen you before, that vid was pretty awesome. How long did you practice this stuff? I can only imagine what would happen if you made a mistake while attempting these..XD

I've been doing this sort of stuff for more than two years now. :) And the point is to train safely so you don't make mistakes haha. :P
