I plan to TRY to make speed runs of some sort for Sonic 3 and Knuckles but son't know if I am allowed. The rom is unmodified, it's the real game. I am sorry if this is the wrong forum, this is my first day as a TSC member. Thanks.

Emulators and ROMs are fine. Slowing down the game or making/loading savestates in a level you're submitting a stat for is not. Using any modification of the original ROM is not.

That said, read everything here before submitting ANYTHING.
