But questions and requests first.

Like, can somebody convert a giz to a normal format that people can watch?

And does nobody mind a not-record time but better than the current vid by 4 seconds time?

Or some very embarrassing 3 missed jumps at the capsule moments? (I'd've recorded an alternate with what could've been better, but every time I tried I screwed up something early.)

Anyways the vid is 1:30 on S&K/Mushroom Hill 2/Times/Knuckles. It probably could've beaten my PR had it not been for some silly mistakes. (Examples come in the beginning, around 23, around 27, right before the 2 shields, and my initial spindash at the boss, which you'll see if the vid goes up.)

Of course now mike's probably going to record 1:23.

You missed your chance in terms of getting vids from me...

I might just stockpile requests and do them all around Easter. X)

I don't think anyone minds videos that are just close to the record so long as you're OK with the likelihood of someone one-upping them at some point.

If you can create a GIZ, someone else can play it back on Gens+ and record the screen while they do so, in order to create a functioning video.

Well I don't think I'll have trouble with people getting better than this vid because my PR is better than this vid! In other words, I already have one-upped myself! (I just keep getting minor mistakes that are preventing me from matching my 1:25 PR. It's probably Gens, since I got the 1:25 on my Genesis.)

Oh, and I have a new one down to 1:29. >_>
But if someone'll make a functioning vid out of it (and credit me, of course) I'll upload the GIZ to my own space tonight when I get home.

And you thought my vidding days were over.

For my first vid is now on TSC: TB1 Amy. Mostly practicing necromancy here just to explain one thing (and because I'm like ubergeeked).

Yes, it says 1:35:50 is a "new record." Yet my PR is 1:32:22. Explanation for those who don't know already? The vid was made through Visual Boy Advance (no funky options, people), and I wasn't going for perfection (hell, I didn't even boost start). I'm just emulating for the recording ability; all my TAing takes place on GBA (or DS now heh).

Maybe I'll vid something else some time. Though not likely an Advance (2) Sonic vid though; I can't airdash for shit on a keyboard. :(
