My first stage, Perilous Journey Act 1, is complete. It's insane. :[ Please try it.

Go to to the GROUP to fetch it OR use this MegaUpload link.

The name of the file is: perilousjourney1

The music intended for this stage is Rusty Ruin Act 1, Genesis version. You can get the mp3 here:
http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/3000/29357

(scroll down a little to where it says "You have selected 05 rusty ruin zone act 1 MP3. To begin downloading this file, click here.")

And remember to turn off Super Sonic!!

Right on, RPG.

Of course, it's recommended you copy and paste MP3's into SonicDIY's music folder, and rename it to make it easier.

Ive finished silent meadow act 2 and improved a bit on act 1.

http://www.freewebtown.com/jtef/silent%20meadow%201.diy <- act 1
http://www.freewebtown.com/jtef/silent%20meadow%202.diy <- act 2

completed both. Not bad, bunch of cheap hits/deaths though.

NOW HOW'S MY LEVEL? I think I want to hear someone's opinion before I start act 2. :D

I'm not pro the judges playing the levels until the specified time. Influence on decision ftl.

^Actually, it might be pro if the judges tried at least some of the levels beforehand.  Might help to give something to compare to when grading for the contest.  You know how it's always hard to grade the first entry because you don't know what good or bad is until you see a few?  Why not check some of the levels and beta designs here, to see how good or bad things can get?
<RPGnutter> Well I think your reasoning was dumb, so you get sassed
<RPGnutter> Thats how it works

Mike: I was planning to play all the levels, think about it, then play them again and grade them.  If I gave the first one I played ridiculously good marks then played a better one, that'd be a bit rubbish.  I promise playing them early won't influence me :)

nvm, I feel bad about pushing it. I'll quietly make my other stages and just wait for the contest to end. -_-
