Exactly which of my Times should I be submitting into the Riders bracket?

Time Trial/Attack (I forget) or Free Run?

As there's only a button for 'Time Attack' Im assuming that but its good to check first <_<

EDIT: Just discovered the subsection marked 'Races'...
