Aaaand a quick search gives... nothing. Not a single one of these fake times which I could swear I saw on the site.

As such, elecmouse has been reinstated. mew22 however, did submit fake stats and is accordingly banned.

EDIT: and before you get all pissed off about that too, I suggest you take a leaf out of Rick's book and do some fact checking. Here's mew22's Resort Island claims:

Well that's a relief. I would normally try to defend mew since he tells me he didn't have bs records, but he lies... A lot, so I don't know what to think.

I looked at the video and found something interesting.

There is no "1:02:01" anywhere on the video. But, I have a good reason to say that what GS said is in fact not the bs stat.

Pretty much.

Until recently when I got XP, my computer had no way to connect to a router. Now we just bought something at Future Shop to connect.

What exactly does Windows 98 have to do with slow uploads? I'm pretty sure that Windows 98 can saturate at least a 10 Mbps network (1.25 MB/s).

I didn't say that you uploaded with the comp that was 98. I said that a comp with 98 did not stop from uploading youtube videos. This can mean you waited hours on the comp with 98 just to upload videos or you found a way around it.

I remember when I tried to upload a video on my 98. I waited 5 hours then my mom told me to turn off the computer >_>.

he didn't say it here he really can't since he comes online once in a blue moon and probably felt joy for being unbanned? I can't make much of a case for this but, just some tidbits.

Mike: I thought of that when I was making a case against him but, it left a lot of things unanswered. As in, Gerbil told me he didn't remember what the stats were exactly but that they were sonic rush stats. I recall SM stepping in and telling me he submitted around two bs stats. However it still left the question about what were the bs stats.

He got his SD at around Febuary-March but held off on providing a video for who knows what (youtube doesn't keep track of days). I disagree with carrying almost no weight as it carries a lot of weight. It shows that he can in fact make videos. All thats left is finding the bs stats which at this point could be anything (Edit: Time Machine?). Heck as far as kept records, there is nothing that says he was bsing stats in the first place (kept records though).

I didn't hold back on my proof. Does anyone know what it's like to have a 98 with dial up.

First I sent all my screenshots to GerbilSoft, but he can't make up his mind on his own and couldn't get them off his Wii >_>.

Then I tried using my sisters MAC, which for some reason it just didn't work.

Just this June I upgraded to XP (still use the same comp though). And I provided my proof some day after that.

Edit: If you mean those warnings on the old topics that I heard so much about, I don't get them. Maybe it's a glitch on the Wii's Internet, but it doesn't work.

KS8: I fixed up some Time Machine functions (notably, member pages) and enabled Time Machine for you. Set your TM to 3/13/08 and get your stats. Note that the Overall and Total classes are apparently inaccurate due to a bug I haven't been able to track down yet, and only a few types of pages in /members/ are working right now.

Your user profile and individual game stat pages should be working. Also, make sure you're using Complete mode, as I haven't fixed Compact mode to work with Time Machine yet.

You sure you fixed it? It doesn't work for me. Maybe it just doesn't work on the Wii.

Edit: Oh it only works for him? Nevermind then.

these IP matches don't make themselves up.  if you were just in the same range, wouldn't you both have different IP addresses?

Well unless I missed something he neglected to mention that in here which would've been nice to know about 30 seconds before I posted that.

Not 100% sure on this but theres a chance that if the time machine becomes functional again it could be used to go back to a time when his stats were still up, and he could copypasta them all across

It doesn't take a massively long time to resubmit stats if you're only typing them out from a save files.

Be glad you don't have to go redo them all like I did for Sonic 1

Granted that was my own fault but the point stands.

Also after the Great TSC Downtime of 2005 (TM) there were people resubmitting entire charts for multiple games, its really not as bad or as difficult/time consuming to do as youre making it out to be

KS8's main complaint is that he doesn't have Heroes, Sonic 06, or Rival anymore. He told me this through a Wiimail.

For the record, I thought he was innocent a couple pages back when trying to prove him guilty made absolutely no sense, as in things didn't add up but, something told me to let other people handle it. Until decided to screw what everyone would think about me.

Topics in which elecmouse101 was called out in. The first, was a mere typo in which he was forgiven.

One reason why he should be banned is knocked off.

The second was a calling out of mew22. Note that there was a suspicion that elecmouse and mew are the same people. If you would refer to:

You would find videos of two people usually playing together. In the video description it is said that the other person is mew. Also note that this is elecmouse's account. This establishes that they are in fact not the same person.

Second reason why he should be banned is destroyed.

Now it is said that elecmouse is bsing. That is a problem. Why is it a problem? Not because he is bsing but rather that there is nothing on this forum that calls him out on it. I asked GerbilSoft about it and he said he was bsing Sonic Rush records.

TSC accepts photos as proof of records. That much is well known. Photo evidence was asked for elecmouse's records which was never provided. As an alternative however, we got this:

This video works just about as well as photo evidence and even though the quality is bad you can still see the times all of which are shoddy when ranked on the charts. Shoddy stats don't arouse much suspicion and are rarely called out on. I do not recall any first place records claimed by elecmouse which begs the question why bs was called out on him in the first place.

Last reason why he shouldn't have been banned this long is knocked off.

Note: Also seriously, wtf at ks8's stats being removed? He had videos of times he had achieved. At most his Game Gear should have been removed because it was established he did calculations wrong. Removing all of his stats was just stupid.

Listen, just because I referred to you as the "other guy" doesn't mean I think you're a waste of time. Heck I refer to people as Lumpy, Squishy, and Sir Bun Buns (I'm not joking).

The reason people (probably) don't want you here is because of two things:

1. You're bsing.

2. Its in your head. <--- (Everything I've doug up seems to point to this because it disproves option 1 [lololol I've made the joke now get over it guys] )

The general reaction to new people is a "k" attitude. Meaning we don't really care. Same thing pretty much applies to a cleared suspicion.

I'll post what I dug up soon enough, I doubt you care but, It'll at least keep people from jumping to conclusions too much and away from the assumption that unknown people are usually bsing (still a ways to go though :/).

I have never given any BS records. All my records were truthful. People assume things, one thing leads to another, and I'm banned.

Trust me (which I'm guessing might be hard for you). KS8 does not lie. He lives in Canada like myself so we've been talking by phone a lot. He cares about this place way more than me and him being banned has really disappointed both him and me. If you don't want to unban me, then fine but all I want is him unbanned.

yes my 2nd to last post was to you too elecmouse.  the thing I remember was Mew22 was doing some foolish things on here and you two were linked to the same IP.  In the past there have been instances where users try to outsmart the admins and mods here by creating multiple accounts and getting away with it.

I also remember that when Mew22 was in question, the both of you had similar mannerisms when replying.

BTW mike, I didn't break any rule. It's not even like I was doing that good in Rush.

That wasn't all what SonicFan did.  Groudon knows him and could tell about his situation better.

It would be helpful to your case if you actually write about everything you've done to get yourself banned.  It's not like the admins just out right banned you without reason, they will tell you why with a healthy description.  Also it isn't just a decision by 1 person and usually a group of people found you to be a problem.  Just think about that.

I don't know if this was meant towards me but if it was...
1. I submitted many records in one day. (So...)
2. Got banned. (You shouldn't instantly ban people)
3. Recieved a PM from Rolken saying I was banned. (Couldn't provide proof)
4. mew22 was also banned because they thought we were the same person.(Which we're not. Ever heard of having friends?)

So I could now provide proof so with my records proof will come.

edit: I'm on my Wii so I can't copy and paste, but if someone wants to see my PM that I received, just tell me and I'll send it to you.

I was banned since they thought I had bs stat typo that I tried saying was real, but I have no camera to record that stat to prove them wrong. I had a stat of 75002 which I ment 75,000 on a particular game. Then as Labyrinth 3 I put my stat on Labyrinth 1 instead and I tried saying that it was for Lab 3 and Lab 1,

I am with you elecmouse. I'd like to be unbanned, but I don't have a lawyer to help me out of that hole. So by April 6th I took death then take jail for life. Tdy I returned from that grave, so I can zombie around tsc. As a zombie, THEY DON'T DIE!!
