yes i tried refreshing and then did it again but nothing happened. I tried firefox and internet explorer. There is nothing else i think i can do

Pink emerald : Pretty easy, almost fell off the elevator with speed shoes.

Blue emerald : 12 counted and destroyed.

Red emerald : 76 locked on and destroyed.

White emerald i can only get 5 rails, unless that doesn't include the one at the beggining which will make it four.
