You'll have to do better than that. "I just skipped a few springs" doesn't cut it. You need to divulge in detail whatever you really did to cut 20 seconds off.

Relatedly one of the primary reasons I don't want ubuntu is because you all know I'm a gaming freak and from my experience, many MMOs and emulators and such don't work properly on most linux builds >__>

My reason for hating Vista is it worked my out-of-the-box computer so much for no reason for the 9 months I had it, even when I turned off a ton of the crap it came with. I am pretty sure it blew up my video card as google spoke to me that Vista would use some other driver instead of the official nvidia drivers that it was supposed to be using in the first place, in which I then learned how something about SP1 made nvidia's drivers quite forsaken when it came to my computer. After my hard drive broke two months later, I decided that was a pretty good opportunity to rid my life of Windows Vista.
Thus, Ubuntu with Windows XP if I need it. >_>

Alright. I checked this out myself, and I can safely say that this is nothing like the LB birds. All you have to do there is hold down for seven-eight minutes. In this case you have to consistently go back and forth. Same as Hill Top, Mushroom Hill, Atomic Destroyer, every SAdv Score, and every SSR mission with a timer and a rail. The only thing that makes LR stick out is that the score is like WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HIGH and somehow that makes for a reason as to why we should ban it. It's not infinite, and it takes more strategy to get the highest score than SAdv2 scores. I say it should be legal.
Also, on a similar note, I searched Act 2 for a similar spot and only Knuckles has a spot where these large combos are possible.

highly old, discussed, and in dozens and dozens of other levels, the most infamous one being hilltop zone. it was never banned because there is no possibility of an infinite score like most score situations in secret rings due to the advent of "time over"; it is merely something that is long and tedious to do if you want the best record, which in this day and age's competition is pretty standard.

and i'm relatively sure it's because vista totally sucks
from what i've read, vista sp1 and nvidia drivers have enormous conflict and as a result, my computer can do nothing but show amazing vista vertical color lines that fade in and out as time passes!!!
