Leaderboard Disputes / Levels in SADX which require close surveillance

Any level that can't be done in Story mode due to timer issues or otherwise, post them in here.
So far I have Chaos 2 and Chaos 6 (all characters), due to the fact that the timer starts later in Story mode.
In theory, you could also have every Sonic and Tails level as well, since there are no capsules in Story mode. I know it adds ten seconds, but that's just the first time through isn't it?
Any others?
And on the topic of SADX, I think Miniboss' times need to be looked at - Red Mountain Gamma in particular. As far as I can recall, nobody's even come close to that, probably because it can't be done.

Competition Central / A bit of stats entertainment

I went through the Sonic 1/2/3/Knuckles rankings just then and noticed something quite interesting.
In particular I was looking for any users with a quadrella of total times - for Sonic 1, 25 minutes, 50 for Sonic 2, 75 for Sonic 3 (not counting Time Attack, obviously), and 100 for S&K.
Practically everyone who has a total time listed falls under these guidelines, suggesting my expectations might have been a bit low. (Notably, though, the only two players to actually fit all four criteria are myself and SM.)
This has led me to look at a much tougher assignment - a quadrella of 20/40/60/80. As of now it hasn't been done, but I'm close - 81:30 on S&K and 61:57 on S3.
Which brings me to another question to ask the lot of you, but in particular one Mr. Ward - how fast could all these totals go with savestates? (38 minutes for S3&K with Sonic suggests a total of under 2 hours for the three characters - probably closer to 1:40. I wonder then, if 15/30/45/60 could be done...)

OK, it's been about 8 months since the inception of TSC, and in that time we've been able to assess our peers to some extent. Now you get to see what you really think of each other, with this poll.
Basically, in here you nominate who you think, in the time of TSC (and before, possibly), has proven to be the best player across:
-The 2D games (not limited to S1-K, this can include SCD, or any other Sonic 2D)
-The 3D games (basically SA, SA2, SH)
-All the games (basically an overall assessment)
EDIT: Alright, I'll put it up here so everyone sees it. If a player has 3 votes for any given division, they can't get any more. Note that this does not stop you voting for them in a different division.

Admit it, you didn't get that time... I am by no means saying that 1:22:89 is outside the realms of possibility (in fact, Kevin and I believe under 1:20 could be done), but for a rank amateur (he doesn't have the game, I know this for a fact) to just out of nowhere get a time that beats mine, without knowledge of the shortcuts I took, is plain ridiculous.
For reference, shadowgamer196 got 1:22:33, but hasn't posted it yet.

Alright, everyone knows about the Sonic superplay vids that (hopefully) will come to fruition some time in the near future. Before that happens though, I need opinions on the following issues regarding them:
1. Title screens/ending screens for all games? mike89's thoughts: Add these in, it will make them look like a real game, which I guess is the idea. This means we need to go to the file select screen on S3(&K?), preferably one emerald short of maximum, so the last one can be picked up in a run toward the end of the game. Similarly, I'd like to see scores and lives removed from view, otherwise inconsistencies arising from those come into play.
2. S3&K kept as one game? mike89's thoughts: Yep, mainly because I want to see Knuckles in S3, not so much Tails in S&K, but Sky Sanctuary is always good, and I'm expecting a good FB1.
3. Doomsday Zone? mike89's thoughts: Keep this, it won't be complete without it. This is part of the reason I lean toward keeping S3&K together, as you can start with as many emeralds as you like.
4. Knux in S2? mike89's thoughts: Still undecided on this one. Other than CP2, Knuckles seems useless, and despite obvious physics improvements (play CP1 for an example of this) there's not much benefit. On the other hand, his glide offers a completely new way of beating the levels.
5. Tails in S3(K)? mike89's thoughts: Definitely. After you watch MG2 and Sky Sanctuary, you'll agree.
6. (only if you answered yes to 2) Mushroom Hill 1 done the quicker way or the consistent way? mike89's thoughts: The consistent way, sorry yoshifan =P My main reason for this is that the title screen is obviously different depending on which way its played (locked on or not). It's another case for S3 and S&K to be split, but then LB2 adds about 3 minutes...

In the same way that Team Sonic's times are only counted once, and you can claim your best on either mission, why isn't the same done for Team Chaotix' Grand Metropolis, Frog Forest and Egg Fleet? All we're doing is wasting our time trying to achieve the same time again.
I would have brought up the topic of Chaotix rings too, but Rusty's talking about removing them completely (much to my delight), so no need for that.

4:96 is without doubt impossible with Rose, it takes 6 and a half seconds to gain control of Amy. As such, I am also led to believe that 6:88 with team Sonic is impossible too.

The third 50 took just 19 days... Maybe I should revise my 200 prediction of March 28th... Congrats to the lucky 150th member, MegabombBlade.
It would also appear that not much focus has surrounded the addition of the more unlucky 13th game, Knuckles Chaotix. Maybe that's a good game for newer players to stake a claim on. (That is, of course, if you have a 32X/32X emulator...)
