I was trying to speedrun City Escape yesterday in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle when I did a bounce attack to get down the building faster,but I landed on the building and I was able to go back to the loop.

To go really fast on rails hold the grind button after you press it and keep on doing this when you switch rails.
The rocket accel trick is also hard for me because you would have to do the rocket accel lots of times,jump and do the homing attack at the right time to get to that platform.

For Egg Hornet Sonic all you have to do is run all around the arena until he does that drill attack on you and jump and press the a button really quickly to get a good time.This stragety can get you in the yellow area if you pull it off fast enough.

I just barely managed to beat EggFL's time,but I made a mistake on one of the areas when I forgot to dodge the ballon and it wasted 3 to 4 seconds.
