It's a claim of 0:57, in a level where 1:13 is most certainly maximized.

Actually, he did truthfully get that time. The only thing is that he did it on Easy mode 'hence a lower number of hits to beat teh boss.

I think you need to be aware that there is no Easy mode on Sonic 1. =P

There is on Sonic Jam, which makes it illegal in that respect to.....Rolko should really put in the rules that all times must be done on Normal (Applies for Adva1, 2 and I dont know about 3, only played it once). Not much point in applying it for the Genesis Sonic's, there Easy mode can only be accessed through Sonic Jam, and thats banned anyway.

I thought Jam had three modes, Easy-Normal-Original, and only Original was allowed.
