I only know Mozarella and Cheddar from that list, I only remember how Mozarella tastes so that's what I picked. I also remember the taste of the one called "P'tit Québec" but it sucks, you guys aren't missing much. ;)

EDIT: Oh, wait. I know spreadable cheese too, but I hate it.
