agreed...

I've always thought that you can measure intellect (how well you can use what you know), but rarely intelligence (how fast you can learn)

the latter is supposed to be what IQ tests... 

Also, I'd like to note that the average weight of an EQ player is 10 lbs below the national average (US considered only)

Further, that in IQ testing of the upper-level gamers at a recent convention they performed an average of 12 points higher than the national average, and interestingly enough, the results of the IQ test roughly matched that of the tournament itself... if you did well in one (with only one REAL exception) you did well in the tourny
