My total sum of best on all the phases is a 1:10.31 so far as I know; I now see how the WR time is possible. With all 3 phases being extremely optimal (42 second first phase, 14.5 second 2nd phase, and an 11 second 3rd phase) record is possible.

Before I got this, 2 things happened: I got a 41.46 on the first phase, and I figured out a strat on the third phase that can sub 10 and doesn't rely on missile RNG. Sub 1:10 or bust.....

I FINALLY GOT A 1:02. 39.80, 53.7x or .8x(I think?). 1:01 is possible but requires ridiculously good runs and the lucky third phase.
