hi everybody, i beated 2 "time attack" records in sonic 1.
i have the video
anyone can tell me how i can put them on the site?

Go and login to the main site. Then click Submissions. Then from the pop down menu choose Records, then from the next choose Sonic 1, then choose Times as the category. Enter your times into the fields provided.

You may also want to submit times even if they aren't 1st place, that way you can generally see how well you rank against other players.

i put 3 records (gh 1, sl 1,sl 2)

but for the videos, can you help me please?
i have the best time in sl2 and i recorded it in avi

As far as I know, the video submissions aren't up yet. But you can e-mail them to Rolken, the admin. He's at rolken@soniccenter.org . I'm sure he'll put it up whenever he gets the chance.
