Here is the first draft of the schedule. All times are in EDT and anything in brackets are donation incentives. If there is anything wrong with your slots please tell me ASAP, so I can finish off the final draft very soon.


Monday 18th August

First off thursday's a day I definitely can't do (i probably should have said), but fridays a good day, so i think sonic 2 ms being moved to a friday would suit me best, also im down for pocket adventure twice, thursday and friday, so could you delete it on thursday

I had a lot of irl stuff happening and things kept going wrong while sorting out the schedule. I took out Thursday's one.

Dont forget that my S3K run has donation incentives for music tracks. I will have a finalized list for voteable custom tracks per stage by tomorrow.

Sorry about that, I have added the donation incentive. Thanks for letting me know that your time is ok.

Also in case anyone points out, yes I am aware I have a 25 minute slot of nothing on Thursday, but I have some idea on how to fix that. Might need a small amount of re-arranging though.

How brilliant is it that I just got offered a position for a job and I'll more than likely be working that week. It's Mon-Fri but I'm not sure what my shift pattern that week is yet, so I'll get back to you.

How about sticking this to the front page? It's kind of sad how important events don't even get that treatment any more. Or if they do, it takes having to be asked, or multiple weeks to reach that status.

A few observations/points on my behalf:

- Some of the days seem a little slow fizzle, at least as far as my knowledge of the games goes. Casual/multiplayer games are good to get people involved, but IMO shouldn't bookmark the end of a day of streaming. If we really can't run a 24 hour gig, then leave viewers with a reason to come back, like a good solid run.

-  Market this if you are a runner involved with a large stream. Don't just mention it once and leave it, hammer it into people that this IS an event that is happening. Considering in the end TSC itself has little to no marketing clout, this is all on you guys to spread word unfortunately, or it just won't work.

- I don't remember how it got labelled last year, but let us wipe the title of "TSC marathon" for shorthand mentioning. Many people have no clue what TSC means, and to them it may be presumed to be just another little clique/stream buddy group. The Sonic Center Marathon is much clearer, informs people it is Sonic-centered (noticed word play in editing...niiiice). This would probably be done anyway but I'm just reminding how important it is to differ.

- Is anyone capable of whipping up a little montage video as a small trailer? Having something to link to people like that would prove invaluable, and is a tangible thing to get hyped for rather than just the mention of a marathon. Another idea could be a small standardised banner to insert into your overlay until the marathon happens, which could easily substitute for reminding viewers of it.

The line up has more than enough talent and variety to maintain viewership. Speed running is bigger than ever, and that can translate to the most successful event TSC has held if exposed enough.

Of course, just my two cents, so doesn't need to matter a lick if you don't want it to.

If you read the post properly, you would've seen that it said it's the first draft. The second draft will be released very soon.

Also of course some days may seem a little slow fizzle. I've had 22/27 people who asked for specific time slots, not as many games offered as last time and not to mention lost one game and possibly another one >_>

Another thing I forgot to mention, I can't advertise the marathon yet till the schedule is done. Which I can't do yet because of one person stopping me.
