The *only* characters being accepted right now are Sonic as the primary character and Tails as the secondary character. This is because until we decide how to rank them in greater detail, it doesn't make sense to have a wider category that we would have to throw out when we refined it later.

If you have submitted times that are NOT Sonic and Tails, please point it out here and they'll be moved until other divisions are added.

yes it is actually.

Sonic & Tails: Sonic can do tricks
Sonic & Knuckles: Sonic can Bounce Attack and Slide longer and harder
Sonic & Cream: Sonic can do Homig Attack or Thrust Forward on the air
Sonic & Amy: Sonic has to use a Piko Piko Hammer and can only ball up by pressing B, plus he can't jump as high

wouldn't it be better if each character was a category, as the leader, and you could experiment with the second character?

Actually, no it wouldn't

because, then you could choose the same partner for a leader, and get the same results (almost same results)

so if you need to fly, you just pair tails with a leader

if you need to run fast, you pair sonic up with any leader

etc

so it wouldn't bring much variety, if you were to do it by leader, then you may as well just have one individual ranking for each level, and that would just be the fastest time with any pair.

maybe we could use the special teams.

Unbreakable Bond (Sonic & Tails)
Fighting Budies (Sonic & Knuckles)
Lovely Couple (Sonic & Amy)
Team Jubilee (Amy & Cream)

and for the rest, just put as Other 'cause the 4 mentioned above have special abilitys that can't won't work with anyone else.

Unbreakable Bond: Tricks, Better Acceleration, Tails flys faster
Fighting Buddies: Knuckles can dash forward instead of glide, Sonic can bounce attack
Lovely Couple: Amy can do a Shoulder Thrust in mid air instead of floating on balloons, Sonic can grind faster 'cause he uses his board
Team Jubilee: Tricks, Better Speed, higher jump (for Amy)
