I Call BS on Final Rush7's 536 ring stat in Aquatic base.
(http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_the_hedgehog/rings/aquatic_base/sonic)
I went though this level 12 times trying to find a extra 3 rings but every time i end up with 533 rings and i've been though every room in the level and i still don't find any rings and that i am 100% sure that he is BSing and the max is 533 rings.

Not since October.  And it appears justice has been served, for he is banned now.  All that's left is the final blow (full stat suspension).

Actually, he's been banned for a while. He does have a few BS stats in 06, but most of them are possible.
