How do you play Sega CD games?

For example, Sonic CD.

Gimme an emulator to use, and how to do it. I got an SCD rom off SonicStuff, but none of my ems (Gens+, Gens Movie, Gens v2.14) will let me. They show some error about my BIOS files not being configured correctly.

Please. There, happy now?

You need BIOS files or you can't do anything.

My SCD file is a .iso, is that the problem?

EDIT: Whoops, it's not an ios, it's an iso. Fixed.

But can someone get me like a BIOS file for it? I'm confuzzled and Google doesn't help.
