I'm pretty sure it is. Wait for someone who's actually played the game to clarify for me, but if it's anything like Super Hard mode in Sonic Heroes which changes ring locations all over the place, then yeah it'll be disallowed.

yea but thats just it i asked because circus park hero normal mode you can only get 449 but in expert i think you can do some 700
