That division is to allow players to compete under rules that are normally banned (like the DD in SA2).  It's there for fun, so everyone is given 0 points overall, giving everyone 1st in that division overall.

It's to make sure that there is no weight on the overall rankings. Just submitting one last place stat for Freestyle will make you Champion of it. Leadership in Freestyle means nothing.

I learned the hard way, I wouldn't of bothered sending in all those freestyle stats if i had known they wouldn't give any points
