It has been delayed for about a year now

Rolk has just finally fixed up the site and has activated Submissions just today. Give him a break and more time. I'm sure Rolk will get to "TSC's things to do list" as soon as possible, for now, leave things as is and hope Rolk can give you an estimated time to wait.

Nobody likes Sonic Advance 3 anymore.
