Title: Shuffling up the forums

The competition has a single forum now. :o People were using them for lots of non-competition stuff, now it should be segregated pretty clearly.

I haven't moved all of the topics around yet, but anything from the past month or two should be in its proper place.

also we have 500 members, go us. :o
