The next game is Sonic Advance 3. The goals are:

1) Beat the game as any team: 3
2) Beat the game with all emeralds as any team

Guess I can't race this on console then because I don't want to erase my past records.  Might have to do emulator then.

Voting has closed and the goal is beat the game as any team. The race room will be open around 4pm EDT.
