Title: Trying to learn Sonic Generations full game runs

Hello, like the title says I'm interested in doing runs of Sonic Generations (360 version), and I'm not sure where to start learning. Is there any videos I should watch, tricks I need to learn, like boss strats, glitches, or anything like that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,, if this is in the wrong forum I apologize, I wasn't sure which board to ask in.

To be good at speedrunning full game on xbox/ps3 you need to be able to pull off the Blast Effect consistently, this video is a great tutorial for that and it explains exactly how it works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=razLdwI4hpM
