Here is the new Race Nights schedule for January till March:
05 January - Week off
12 January - Week off
19 January - Race 16: Sonic Advance 2
26 January - Unofficial 2: Sonic Robo Blast 2
02 February - Race 17: Shadow the Hedgehog
09 February - Race 18: Sonic 3D Blast
16 February - Race 19: Sonic Heroes
23 February - Unofficial 3: Sonic Classic Heroes
02 March - Race 20: Sonic 1
09 March - Race 21: Sonic Unleashed Wii-PS2 (became player's choice RN)
16 March - Race 22: Sonic 4 Episode 2
23 March - Unofficial 4: Sonic 1 Amy
30 March - Week off (Marathon)

Sonniku bought up a really good point to me. There's a possibility of most of the racers not turning up for the first two races in January because of AGDQ. Not to mention most people are probably going to be watching it instead of racing.
So how would you guys feel about delaying Race Nights for two weeks? If people do want to continue racing you can do whatever game/goal/day/time you want. Race Nights will be back on schedule on 19 January.

I don't even know what agdq is, and I'm planning on racing anyways. I don't know about anyone, but I'm coming. Delaying it isn't really necessary. Besides, those first couple of games aren't really gonna attract many as it is, so we might as well leave it.

as you know, i like that idea especially since i just overpaid a used games shop to replace my copy of sonic advance 2 so i could participate in the race night for it ;x

AGDQ is hosted by SDA and they speed run all sorts of games for a week and raise money for charity. So yeah it's a really huge thing happening. Most of the racers will be there to participate and about hundreds of people will be watching it. This is why I am for delaying it. If some of you want to race, then you can sort that out yourselves, since I know that has been done before.

hundreds? Try thousands :P but yeah, me, PsyKnux, sonikku, DsS, bertin, SJ, SB, and yoshifan are all going to be there and therefore won't be able to race. And I'm guessing a fair few people who aren't attending are going to want to watch...

So delaying is pretty reasonable, I think.

Yeah a delay is probably worth it. If not many people would turn up in the first place, it'd only make sense. Might watch AGDQ this year

This. I'll be watching and donating during the Sonic runs, so even though i can race nowadays, I won't be during AGDQ.

The Race Nights schedule has been changed. It's now being delayed for 2 weeks. If you guys still want to race, then you can chose what game/goal you want at anytime. We will resume on 19 January and the topic for Sonic Advance 2 will be made a week before.

Just to say that the Race Nights schedule has been changed. There will be no race on Saturday 30 March because of the marathon. Sonic 1 Amy got moved a week earlier and Sonic Colours Wii moved two weeks later.
