Title: Sonic Generations categories renamed

I finally got around to renaming the Sonic Generations categories.

"Uber Times" is now "Times". This is the category where you can use skills.

The previous "Times" is now "Time Attack". You cannot use skills in this category.

The categories on the videos page are still 'Times' for 'Time attack' and 'Uber Times' for 'Times'. Might want to fix that when you have time.

Fixed. The media table contains duplicate copies of game/category/etc ID, since it's possible to upload videos that represent a general strategy instead of just being for a specific level, so I had to update those entries manually.
