Maybe he was just seeing if any of us had any information on the subject, however unlikely it may be. Looking up stuff on the web is kind of a bitch nowadays, seeing as there are so many fake sources and such, there isn't any real way to find out this knid of thing on the internet unless you get it straight from the horse's mouth

The best source to look for this stuff is the SEGA blogs. They have no information about it yet (due to Generations and stuff), so no-one knows anything. There's only speculation about Tails' inclusion, but that's mostly people's wants turning into speculation.

We do know that Sega has been teasing a major link to Sonic CD, of all things. I remember hearing it hinted somewhere that part of the "plot" (what plot?) of Ep2 concerns the aftermath of the whole time mixup and what happened to Eggman as a result.

Well I only just saw the CD trailer. Sega should stop doing things involving plots and sonic. It just doesn't work :U

Eh, let's give it a shot, see how it goes(if it even comes to be, anyways). You never know exactly how it might turn out. The only problem being that the plotline of Sonic is screwed within itself, so making a good add-on to any of it would be considerably interesting

Episode 2 of Sonic 4 is about Sonic and Metal Sonic. Thats why they are putting Sonic CD on everything. Ep 2 should be coming out sometime in 2012.

i dont know about metal sonic being in there but "Sonic Stadium" announced that its in early development and are going 2 fix things they didnt expect to go wrong but so many people bought Ep.1 there making Ep.2
