When you delete a topic, is it supposed to go straight to Sonic '06 Appreciation Land?

'Cause I just deleted a topic(Thinking I could post it in the news section), then re-posted it(Because I couldn't post it in the news section).

It may be deleted, but the forum keeps it as an archived thread/post. This is how the SMF forums work.
