Title: Shouldn't The "Cow Corner" Be Done Away With...?

If I am not mistaken, the area of the field known as Cow Corner was coined as it was deemed safe enough for cows and animals to graze there (a wide long on). That was way back during the era of technically correct batsmen playing proper cricketing shots.
