Maybe this not only will help me, but other people stumbling upon this on google.
We should probably list where and how we find each boss from Battle Network and Star Force. Its a pain in the butt to do all that searching. So Maybe we could start listing?

I can make guides for that. There's already one for BN3.
Edit: http://megaman.soniccenter.org/guides/mega_man_battle_network_6/guide354 (http://megaman.soniccenter.org/guides/mega_man_battle_network_6/guide354) I can make more for other games to.

Now all we need are the other ones.
-
Is there a specific one you want me to do first?

Took me 5 tries. Funny thing was that i got a 200+ combo in on him. Which made it so much easier. Also obtained his Mega Level Card :D

Very good. Those guides should make competition far more efficient when everyone knows where to find their targets. What do you guys think of the newbie guides I made for the Zero series and the weakness compenduims for various games?
