Well if you are competing just for fun, select your favorites levels, timeattack/ringattack/scoreattack them and submit your stat, is what Im doing now. Now if you are competing for be a champion or something like that, I recommend submit all your actual stats and improve them later.
 Oh!, make sure to read the rules before submit anything to get out of trouble in the future.

If you want, you can upload videos (either by getting permission or by including a YouTube link in a stat's comments), though videos of high skill quality are recommended.

You don't have to provide proof unless you're asked for it, and that's only for more ... unbelieveable ... results.  Youtube is generally a very good idea, or if it's a game that stores records, you're probably fine just taking a photo of the screen.  Otherwise, welcome and good luck!

That's pretty much what you do.  Just make sure you carefully enter your stats.

And don't be afraid of submit all your stats you get. Even a last place stat will improve your standing :D

As long as they follow the rules, at least.  You may want to be careful on some of them, for instance Knuckles/Rouge ring stats, or City Escape/Eternal Engine scores.

Well for Knuckles and Rouge, i know i digged up Rings, so for those, i will record for them two. And whats wrong with City Escape?
