Title: Iceman / Eis the Dragon
Post by: Rolken on March 10, 2009, 12:35:06 pm
His stats have been suspended until he can come up with proof of the following Sonic Advance times:

Neo Green Hill 1
Sonic - 0:41:63
Knuckles - 0:42:79
Amy - 0:46:46

Exact times only, no substitutes need apply. He says they're his second place times because he didn't want to submit first place times and come under suspicion.

I'll try to get you the proof as soon as possible. If I can borrow a camera from my friend than I can get you it.

Amy - 0:46:46

[/quote]
I found out that my Amy Time was indeed put in wrong it was supposed to be x:46:65 not 46:46.
I believe this was the time that sparked it. Anyway I typed this stat in wrong. This clears that up.
And my Sonic and Knuckles times are correct too.

And If my times happened to be knocked off the list because of me beating the time a few times. If this happened to happen, can I then try to get the same time at the closest I can get the hundredths to it?

That's not going to fly. I asked you to check your cartridge in chat before I revoked your stats, and you responded that you did in fact check it, at that moment, and that they were correct. That was in order to prevent this situation in which it turns out you 'typed it in wrong'. If you didn't check it, then you lied.

I did this once. I submitted my third place time on NGH1 Knux because I didn't want to come under lolspicion.

are you saying your first place times weren't saved or something?

otherwise, why place secondary times to avoid suspicion?

I'm assuming cheating devices weren't used.

I have a question.
I know Iceman, and if he would need a camera and he can't use the school's computer to put the photo on the computer and he comes over to my house and he would have to use my computer to prove it, would it be allowed if he uses my profile to prove his stat or would he have to do it on his profile while using my computer? Or would it be better to go to the library to do this?

Using his account would make the most sense.

I have both a Veo Stingray Camera and a Argus Camera for the Comp.
But unfortunately I can't find the disc that installs Argus on the Computer nor can I get my Veo working. So as soon as I find a way to get these two working it will be possible and do us both some good

Sure why not. If you can get either of them working then PM me that they are indeed working. Thanks Nightmuse.

Those aren't the exact times, but they are reasonable typoes so that suffices. I don't know why you insisted you had checked the original stats when you hadn't, but you're cleared.

I got my tabs on people like him. I'll set him straight if he meanders things. Eis if you get into something like this again in the future. You know where to find me. (But plz try not to find me or get in this predicament :)

And now he submits 255 rings on GHZ1, an obviously wrong stat.

Typoing stats is no crime, but you are expected to at least TRY to put in stats that are correct. If you are going from memory, then stop doing so. :|

I ment to put in 225 but I put 255? Heh I must have thought it looked like 225 that's why I didn't back out of the confirmation screen. Sorry... I putting in 225 and to me on the confirmation it looked like 225 but then again you say I did something wrong and I am sorry for doing so.
