Title: Sonic 1 Megamix finalized

You'll notice the first couple levels have mostly minor changes, but play through them and some significant improvements start cropping up. Development ended under a cloud of smoke (http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?showtopic=6071&view=findpost&p=216004), so it's not quite as polished as a true final release, but it's still worth your time.

Emulator and BIOS, new user.  Without both, you won't get this to work.

I got the european one to work just now but still can't get the US one working

Hint DEBUG'S back!!!

And they already did a megamix 2 it sucked though all they added was creepy versions of Sonic 2 music and Shadow didn't even move right
