Hi, when I went to see the Sonic Heroes Time Rankings Every rank was blue not including Shadow Jacky's. I don't know what it is. Please answer.

You probably hit the page during an update. The maxpoints isn't calculated until the update is finished, so everything appears blue with "ERR" percent. I should have a notice appear on the page in those cases.
