It means that someone's seeing how long they can sit there with a Time Over ranking before being taken off the chart, I suppose.

The worst possible stat. (actually impossible to get, should this be removed?)

Is there a reason he doesn't show on sitewide?  Is it just because he has 0 sitewide points?

Yeah Minus, you have to have at least 1 sitewide point to appear on the rankings.

I wish someone would remove these (everybody from ericthenau down)  I always wondered how and why these people were on the charts.  I think some of them are cheaters who had their stats removed but for some reason stayed on the charts.

Is it that hard to delete a couple of statistics? Seriously. They are impossible. It seems TSC's administrators are too busy or simply don't care about the legitimacy of our charts anymore.

I thought S&A was banned...

regardless, the only reason to submit a 9:59 is if your stat gets nuked for rule abuse (Like when a few people realized that S&T couldn't be used for S2 charts)

and S&A and this other loser should both be banned for posting fake times...

There was a time when I would go removing false stats, even offering people to tell me their typo'd ones so I'd remove 'em. That was before Gerbil took over and used software that didn't allow access. To me anyways.
