If it had been 1, why would there be segments taking 20 seconds even into 2007?

Because it's AQUATIC FLIPPING MINE.  Don't ask me, I had no idea.  Besides, I didn't know when you started doing the emerald fixing technique.  And, you label things "not a segment", had no idea what that meant.
