Title: Gamestop's Super Smash Bros. Brawl National Tournament

basic info:

more details:

-It's open to everyone 13 years or older.
-It will be at 9PM on Saturday, March 8th.
-It will lead into a Midnight release.
-As far as I can tell, it's starter characters only.
-I believe it's 1v1.
-The winner of the stores goes to district level, then regional, then national.

I got this info from a store employee.  I'd recommend calling your nearest Gamestops and seeing if they are having a tournament if you're serious about this. 

I want to attend myself regardless of the attendance.

Why the required age? I wish I could go. Oh well, I'll just have to hold a tournament with my friends when I get Brawl(With no grand prize :( .

Aaaaagh!

I went to Gamestop at 8:20 PM and waited until it starts at 9:00

Then the guy running the tournament says if I didn't sign up yesterday, it's too late to play. =(

Don't worry, it sucked hard.  Random characters, items on, Wiimote Nunchuck. Only good thing is that it was on Battlefield.

I finally got Brawl and it's a pretty fun game and I only unlocked Ness so far.

Actaully...Pikachu is quite good in SSBB. He's easily got a chance against Fox.  SSBB is actaully pretty balanced.  Fox is no longer what he was.  He's nerfed a bit, but it's more that everyone else was made better. Luigi and Ness...Kirby...several characters got massive buffs.
