I voted for "yes", but you'd have to start competing on other games like SA2B, Heroes, and reach high percentages on them.

Yeah, I really gotta stop playing SADX.  But I lost my Heroes game (but that doesn't really matter because it was PC and I don't have a gamepad), and I'm having trouble transitioning from the controls of SADX to SA2B. But once I learn them, and get Heroes for GC, I'll aim for the yellow to red zones for both of them.
Also I can probably get into the orange for other games like Riders.

three red zone games isn't even that effective.
