Title: ITT skins

Nice to see the TMC skin up, but isn't there a way to separate skin choices for the subsites? I don't want a Mario skin on TSC or a Sonic one on TMC. D:

[00:08:38] <Rolken> so they will appear first in the selector
[00:08:50] <Rolken> and also making skin selections be per subsite
[00:08:56] <Rolken> with a checkbox to apply the selection to all sites
