Title: ATTN: Anyone who has submitted a CENTITIME stat in the past day

While optimizing some functions last night, I managed to introduce a bug in the CENTITIME processing function that mangled times with centiseconds. I fixed the bug, but anyone who submitted a CENTITIME stat since last night may have been hit by it. If you submitted any stats with centiseconds since December 22nd at 11:29 PM EST (but before December 23rd at 6:45 PM EST), please double-check those stats to make sure that they are correct.

EDIT: In case anyone doesn't know what CENTITIME is:

TIME = 1:23
CENTITIME = 1:23:45 <-- this is the one that broke
MILLITIME = 1'23"456

Centi - 100
Milli - 1000
Centimeter = 100th of a meter

So centisecond... well, it's easy to figure out.

That glitch also messed up stats with a 0 in them like 2:09:08

I have bad news. The bug introduced by Gerbil almost a year ago did not just affect statistics submitted between December 22nd at 11:29 PM EST and December 23rd at 6:45 PM EST. It affected statistics submitted before that period as well.

What does this mean? This means that probably many charts contain inexact statistics. I would suggest to any member that submitted stats actively by the end of 2007 that check EACH and EVERY one of his/her/its time statistics. If you submitted statistics for games that do not keep track of times, just check the history of those statistics and see if they look like the history of the example. I only hope that Thorn was not active in those days...

That happened because Jawzun submitted times for Sonic Rush on December 23. Notice that the 2:17:30 stat is dated 2007/12/23. The bug affected all stats on the submission page, not just the ones that were modified.

Well, you asked players that submitted any statistics with centiseconds between December 22nd at 11:29 PM EST and December 23rd at 6:45 PM EST to double-check just the statistics they submitted within that period of time. You should have asked them to double-check all their time statistics for those games. <_<
