From the competition rules for SA2(B):
Rings Divisions
Any rings dug up and collected as Knuckles or Rouge, or thrown by enemies, don't count toward your total.

Also, consider reading over the rest of the rules before posting any more stats.

I will add that this is because there is no limit to the number of rings that Kiki can throw simply by waiting long enough, and that it increases the out-of total just like rings from digging (all accessible ring plus one Kiki ring gives 93/113, or 93/114 if it's GC version, instead of 92/112 or 92/113).

there is probably nothing for him to say here, you told him to change his stat so it is not against any rules and that is what he did.

Still, he should at least respond to the topic and acknowledge that he messed up.

I'm not sure if he actually reads the forums. I did send him a PM, pointing out the rules about enemy rings, and he may have seen that just because it makes one of the entries in the left-hand bar become bold. We may never know.

If he doesn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, just get rid of it. If he comes crying saying "omg, where's my stat", just explain that it was in violation of the rules.

The stat isn't a problem; he already corrected it to 92 a couple days ago.

Rather a bunch of records. <_< Also you used Chankast for some stages and submitted the times you got, breaking the rules. If you don't change your Chankast times at CS, you probably will be banned from there as well. The usage of any kind of emulator is forbidden in CS.

Not only that, even after being banned, he made more accounts and got those banned as well with fake stats.? Going back to the first "DarkSonic94" account, he's made 9 in total, which is possibly more than anyone else, especially insofar as they're banned from stats.

I delete all my old accounts, I only have 2, but if you want I delete the other..
Oh, and my BS records with the Chankast, I delete them before be banned...

The discussion about emulators and bans is in regards to SuperSonic94, not blazest. The 92-ring record is in the clear now; the rules are known and it's not exactly hard to track down all accessible rings (http://www.soniccenter.org/maps/sa2eq5.png).

Yes, but before to be banned I delete my records with the emulator, and I dont know why Im banned now =(, I dont want this ban, Feel so bad be banned in a site of Sonic ( my favorite character of all the games I know )

What I've heard is that you were submitting stats in SRB2 using the "go through walls" code, which is clearly a bad idea.

Oh yes!, but is a glitch you can use into the game, I dont download a glitch, nothing, I dont know that glitch cant be used (And I read the rules), is only for that, and never can re-enter for submissions, why never give me only a last chance?, I delete my old accounts (not XxMetalSonicxX, I need to delete them), Now I didnt have 9..., and I dont know that glitch can be used, sorry..

SM: You've heard right, then; he used NOCLIP. There's clearly a degree of common sense that has to come into play when a level's record is 50 seconds or so, and you submit five seconds. Although many times on TSC that situation has been proven valid, the rules do clearly state that if you suspect something is fishy, don't do it, and check with somebody.
Oh, and SS94, where you say "you checked the rules"... here's a quote from the TUSC Rules page for SRB2:
Objectplace, Noclip, God, TimeAttacked, and Devmode are banned, as well as all functions of the Secrets menu that do not lead to levels. Exception: use of the Ultimate Cheat is allowed and highly encouraged.
