Title: Help with Oil Ocean 1 RA
Post by: EngiNerd on July 04, 2007, 01:34:47 pm: Hokay, I tried searching and came up dry. I know it's perfectly possible to get perfect rings on Oil Ocean 1, or else the top scores would be much smaller. But, there's maybe 2 or 3 rings I just can't get, now matter how much I try. I've marked where they are in the attached map. I can't seem to get Sonic moving fast enough or high enough to hit them there. With Knuckles there seems to be no problem but I haven't tried a full run with him yet. I've tried this for several HOURS and feel it's about time to ask for help. How do I get these rings? Thanks.

EDIT: Finally figured out what Ã‚Â¦nbsp; means.

MAN, was that stupidly easy. For some reason it never occurred to me that that would work. Also interesting how much easier it made my "perfect ring path" for the level. OOZ2 will be HECK though. Thanks.
